About the role
The Procurement Operations Program Manager I plays a crucial role in leading our change management strategy, which includes supporting the development and delivery of team training and new hire programs. This role also supports the data analytics program, which includes assisting in the reporting of data analysis of organizational expenses, procurement metrics, and producing ad-hoc reports. They are responsible for the monthly updating of the procurement SharePoint sites and providing project management assistance in procurement projects.
Job Duties
Supports the development and delivery of the training programs to the procurement organization.
Provides support to the data analytics program, including assistance in reporting data analysis of organizational spend data and procurement metrics.
Produces ad-hoc reports based on data analytics findings.
Updates procurement internal and external SharePoint sites monthly.
Assists in procurement projects, ensuring timely and effective completion.
Works closely with stakeholders to provide support, training, and guidance on procurement-related matters.
Maintains understanding of procurement systems and processes to ensure seamless operations.
Effectively communicates financial information to relevant stakeholders.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders, suppliers, and other team members
General knowledge of procurement processes, systems, and software
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Good organization and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and complete tasks by assigned due dates

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and Word

Good working knowledge and technical skills related to the source-to-pay process
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
2 years of experience in procurement/supply chain management including at least 1 year delivering training and development programs, and 1 year managing data analytics programs and reporting
Equivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements. Generally, equivalent relevant experience is defined as 1 year of experience for 1 year of education and is the discretion of the hiring manager.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
3 years of experience working in procurement and with Procurement ERP systems (e.g., Workday, eProcurement software)
2 years of experience in the development and delivery of training programs
2 years of experience in data analysis
Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CPIM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or related field
Basic Accounting knowledge
Ability to travel for team meetings, projects, or professional conferences
This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year). Additional travel may include conferences, visits to company locations, and other business-related events as needed.
